Type in Backends
The emit target that spellIntrinsic and the INTRINSICS table spell for: 'wgsl' or 'glsl'.

Syntax
type IntrinsicTarget = 'wgsl' | 'glsl';Description
The value names a column of the registry only; a backend identifies
itself separately through Backend.id, and the GLSL backend’s id is 'glsl-es300'. A third
writer (SPIR-V, MSL) would add a new column to every registry entry and a new case in
spellIntrinsic.
