A two-component vector of f64.

Syntax
interface vec2f64 { readonly [vec64Tag]: 2 0: f64 1: f64 x: f64 y: f64 r: f64 g: f64 …}The … line stands for 56 more members, the swizzles. A swizzle reads two to four components as a new vector of the same element type. The components come in any order and may repeat, and their letters come from one set, xyzw or rgba.
