`UsesHandle`

A declarator handle accepted by module({ uses }): anything that carries its own declaration or binding.

Description

uniformStruct returns { struct, binding }; ioStruct, structDecl and constDecl return { decl }; storageBuffer returns { binding } plus an elementDecl for a struct element; resource returns { binding }.
